Standard Usage Agreement

Any client of Corey Gaffer Photography LLC. agrees to the following usage rights and copyright information unless signed agreement is present.

Unlimited License 

Upon receipt of final payment you, the client, will be granted a lifetime, unlimited, usage rights to all delivered photographs. These lifetime rights include the right to publish, print, and display the photographs in any space you see fit. There are no Limitations or restrictions on what may be done with the images short of selling the images to others.

Third Party Purchasing

The initiating client will always be responsible for dividing costs by selling images to others, Corey Gaffer Photography will not divide the invoice among multiple participants in the shoot. The initiating client may sell the images to as many third parties as you wish, within one year of the date of the shoot, or until the total cost of the shoot has been written off. After either one year elapses, or you write off the cost of the shoot by selling the images to third parties, I ask that all future usage requests be referred to me at Corey@gafferphotography.com . The transfer of rights to those third parties allows for the same usage rights you have, with the restriction that they may never sell or transfer rights to others. 

Copyright

All Photographs shall be the sole and exclusive property of Corey Gaffer Photography LLC., including but not limited to all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein, in perpetuity. Modification of Photographs and/or incorporation of Photographs in any layout, concept, reproduction, or publication shall not constitute a Joint Work. Photographer shall have the sole power to enforce its copyrights and any other intellectual property, including without limitation all registration, renewal, and reversion rights, and the right to register and sue to enforce such rights against infringers. Photographers reserves the right to halt the use of Photographs in any publication that could reasonably be deemed improper, based on the sole discretion of the photographer. 

Credit Lines

In any and all appropriate uses of the photographs, including client publications and outside publications, the client agrees to credit the photographer as follows.
